My only physical weakness is a small area on my left heel where I am completely vunerable to conventional weapons. My biggest mental weakness is the fact that I am always right.
Weakness at my job eh.... not much I can say apart from getting a tad annoyed at some customers and sometimes talking to people when I should be doing more work.
I'm often late, I leave everything 'till the last minute, I'm a bad influence on my colleagues, I tend to screw up a lot, I have a memory like a sieve, I tend to be violating at least 6 health and safety rules at any given moment, I just can't help myself when I see an opportunity to play a prank on a fellow worker, and I'm a kleptomaniac.
If none of those take your fancy, or if the interview isn't going so badly that you want to resort to comedy answers, you could say this:
That you are very committed to projects you are working on and very determined to see things though to the end, and as a result sometimes this can have an affect on other things you are doing. Say that you recognise it is a flaw in your way of working and something you seek to improve. Kind turns the -ve into a +ve. It worked for me anyway
Its easy when you roll on with 'for example', although i think i must do okay in interviews even with that sort of cheese, got every job ive ever been interview for
