Of course it will. However contrary to what ETH said recently, when complaining that he was only allowed to spend £209m last summer (taken from Utd's accounts before somebody claims otherwise), Utd aren't close to breaching the PL (or UEFA's) rules. Many people thought they would be as you're only allowed to lose £15m over 3 years unless the owners put in secured funds (which everybody assumed to mean equity) to cover up to another £90m of losses however Utd confirmed in their accounts that they weren't close to the limits and the Athletic(?) revealed the reason for this is the PL have accepted an overdraft as secured funds meaning Utd can lose £105m over 3 years.

Just because you are owned by a country doesn't change the status quo. Know your place boi ;).

Translated, we want your DoF but didn’t want to make an official approach, as we though we would get him cheaper if he tried to quit instead, so you’re now being silly making him sit for 23 months or expecting us to pay money for him because we’re “Manchester United” and you should let him go for free.
