Yeah I was talking about the main gang mostly. The actress who played Cassandras mum is Benedict Cumberbatch’s actual mum. Was surprised at that.
 
I remember the classic line from the one where Marlene still wanted to buy the baby that turned out to be mixed race, saying that they could say it was a throwback.

"For gawd sake Marlene, I might be able to con people into buying my cars. I might be able to convince them you conceived and gave birth in 7 days flat. But how the hell am I going to persuade them my granddad was Louis Armstrong."
 
It was a credit to John Challis that he played Boycie to perfection that it enabled there to be a spin off in the form of The Green Green Grass.

RIP!

I started watching all the OFAH series again last week, nearly on season 4 again. Pokerface was my favourite bit so far, but the whole show was genius, even by todays standards.
