Journey Back to The Stage

Well if I sit and do nothing, I'll end up back in the gym as I hate just having a complete week off. So if I do some mobility, it will make me feel like I'm at least doing something productive :D

And ok I'll take some pics :( you bullies
 
Well after half the week off, I can't take it :D Going tonight for just an upper body session, just a light circuit training type thing. I feel like I don't even lift now, hate feeling like I'm shrinking :(

And also, means I should be suitably pumped with anabolic lighting available for pics :p;)
 
A slightly tame return to the gym last night, especially given how I still felt absolute trash from the weekend. There's a reason I only drink once or twice a year.....Saturday was enough to make it once or twice a decade :/

Monday: Back Thickness/Hamstrings

Bent Over Rows - 60kg x15, 80kg x15, 100kg x10x2
Machine Rows - 45kg x10x3
Laying DB Rows - 30kg x10, 36kg x10x2
One Arm Rows - 38kg x10x3
Leg Press (High Foot) - 370kg x10x2, 400kg x10
Hamstring Curls - 30kg x15x3, 35kg x12
SLDL - 60kg x15x3

Strength was pretty good, but I just didn't feel right. No way did I feel like I could have given deadlifts the effort they require.

Resorting back to extra clean food now, eating nothing but my normal food until Christmas now, eaten such crap lately and it shows, urgh :(

I'm loving your training at the moment Steedie - reminds me when I was training about the same age (maybe a little older). Lots of volume, big weights, and just eating like a king! :cool:

You'll be a monster and definitely overtake my best achievements - at least I wish you all the best in doing so. :)

Mirin my off season gut? What a week of junk food does to you :D ironically I still have faint abs haha dem messed up genetics.

But my chest is still lean which is good and still a lot of lines in my arms. Not that you can see any of it because of the potato phone. But Delvis needed something until Saturday :p
