Well that was embarrassing, woke up with DOMS worse than I've had for a long time this morning in my legs, the sort that make you walk like an idiot. Well was stood in line at Tesco, in my own little world, a guy said "Excuse me, could I get past please?", it caught me by surprise so sort of jolted through my legs to move out the way, but the pain was that bad I sort of stumbled and fell backwards over a display. WINNER!
Back to yesterday...
Friday: Shoulders/Back Width
Side Raises - 10kg x15x2, 14kg x12, 16kg x12
Barbell Press - 60kg x10, 70kg x10x2
Laying Rear Flies - 12kg x12, 16kg x12x2
Rear Cable Flies - 15kg x15, 20kg x12x2
Machine Press/BB Front Raise Superset - 45kg x15/20kg x15, 60kg x15/20kg x15x2
Wide Grip Pullups - BW x10, BW+5 x8x2, BW x7
Lat Pulldowns - 70kg x12x2
Pullovers - 30kg x12x3
Probably the best shoulder session I've had in terms of feeling it throughout and giving a great pump with each set. Normally I start with DB Press but found side raises were a much better exercise at both warming me up and getting blood into my shoulders, which in turn helped a little with my BB Press
