Tuesday: Chest/Tris
Incline Bench - Bar x15, 60kg x12, 80kg x10, 80kg x8, 90kg x8
Flat Bench - 60kg x10, 80kg x5 - lol nope, I'll try DB instead
DB Press- 30kg x8, 30kg x7
Pec Deck - 50kg x10x3
Dips/Chest Press Superset - BW x12/50kg x12, BW+10kg x12/50kg x12 x2
Overhead Extensions - 25kg x15, 30kg x10x2
Cable Pushdowns - 25kg x10, 35kg x10x2
Rope Pulldowns - 20kg x10, 25kg x10x2
Convinced my chest is totally fudged with tightness after doing one pressing movement. I can't do both. If I start with incline, my flat bench is all shoulders and I just can't do it, if I start with flat, my incline just goes to **** and its not worth doing. But on the flip side those incline sets went up so quickly today, literally threw out each rep without pause, was a very refreshing change to the usual intense struggle I have on the latter sets
