Rear Delt Cable Fly - 15kg x10, 15kg x10, 20kg x10
Face Pull - 25kg x12, 30kg x10
OHP/Lateral Raise Superset - 30kg x10/8kg x15, 40kg x10/10kg x15, 40kg x8/10kg x12
EZ Bar Curls - 20kg x10, 30kg x10, 32.5kg x10
Hammer Curls - 10kg x10x3
Cable Curls - 15kg x12x3
That OHP/Lateral Raise superset was pretty awesome, recommend it. Sickening pump.
