Friday - Shoulders/Biceps

DB Press - 22kg x12, 22kg x12, 26kg x7, 26kg x6
Smith Press - 40kg x10, 45kg x10, 45kg x9
Rear Delt Cable Fly - 15kg x10, 15kg x10, 20kg x10
Face Pull - 25kg x12, 30kg x10
OHP/Lateral Raise Superset - 30kg x10/8kg x15, 40kg x10/10kg x15, 40kg x8/10kg x12
EZ Bar Curls - 20kg x10, 30kg x10, 32.5kg x10
Hammer Curls - 10kg x10x3
Cable Curls - 15kg x12x3

That OHP/Lateral Raise superset was pretty awesome, recommend it. Sickening pump.

Still not happy though, strengths way off

Keep it up. Reading your lots logs gives me good ideas for new routines for myself in future. Had to google what face pulls were (had visions of pinching your cheeks, coochy-coo style lol). Might have to throw these in for myself next time as they look good for strengthening the back.

Hnnnngggggg felt good today, weights weren't spectacular but it all felt comfortable. Was going to do deads but the Monday crew were in full force and finding a bar at the beginning or end of my workout wasnt happening

I'm in and out in 45-50 minutes. It's all about intensity, rest periods no longer than 20-30 seconds, and not messing around inbetween exercises :)
