Juggy's back to getting strong!

Best squat session in my life to go with the best deadlift session.

60kg x 6
100kg x 6
140kg 5 x 5
100kg x 12

140kg 5x5 for me is incredible considering i could barely squat 40kg 18 months ago.

Finished off with leg press, ham curls and extensions.

Upper back tomorrow then chest the day after. Love upper back as its probably my best attribute.

Good upper back session. Training on my own, usually i’m rubbish on my own.

Bent over row

60kgx15
60kgx15
80kgx12
100kgx10x3
80kgx10

Plate loaded lat pull i went to 60kg each side. Loads of sets, reps and step downs.

Seated plate loaded row. 40kg each side 4 sets of 15 rep

Lat pull machine, narrow hammer grip, wide back and wide hammer grip.

Chest tomorrow, on them 10’s

Chest went crap, 110 for 10’s but it felt hard.

Deadlift good. 200kg 5x5 on soft floor as deadlift platform in use. The soft floor made a huge difference, so damn difficult compared to platform. Grinding!

Deadlift went good even though i feel awful at the moment.

70x10
120x5
160x5
200x5x4
210x5 my heaviest ever 5 rep set

Bench
60x10
90x6
120x5
140x4 stepdown 120x6
100x16

First update in months because i just gave up basically :(. Lost all interest in gym, my friend stopped going as he’d just welcomed a new son to the world and i simply just couldnt bring myself to the gym out of lazyness/lack of drive.

The past 3 weeks have changed though. I’ve been feeling good and trying to get my lard butt out the house to lift!

Abit of deadlift from last night:

180x12 felt nice, could call it touch and go though you get no bounce on the platform with those plates.

Squats tonight, actually looking forward to it!

Sqqqqwwwaaattt PR. Chuffed got an easy 180kg squat out, had it planned all day but definitely had doubts. The 180 felt so good i whipped the 20’s off each side and done 140 for 10 on the step down straight after! Then did 350x10 on the leg slide. Me legs are getting the gainz.
