Jurassic World

That trailer doesn't sell it well, looks quite bad and some of the CGI looked pants (the shark and alligator thing especially)

It's pretty normal to show scenes in the trailers with not quite finished CGI. It'll be polished up by next summer.

Looks like a fun, but stupid ride. I'm in.

Odd that some of the things that were leaked years ago seem to have made it into this, raptors that are "controlled" by humans somehow and the shark being chomped by a giant aquatic dinosaur, i remember reading about those parts years ago.

I think I read Pratt's character has raised the raptors since birth, so he's their daddy and they won't eat him.

The T-Rex is a D-Rex: mix of a T-Rex, velociraptor and cuttlefish. Longer arms, can camouflage itself.

CGI in first trailers is ALWAYS raw/early - on the Hobbit films they've been finishing CG the same morning the world premier is held in the evening. Look at the Age of Ultron trailer where people are reacting to stuff that's not even been put in the shot yet.

The best part was hearing the chords from the original soundtrack towards the end.

Im sure I will still watch it.

A bit strange not having any of the original cast in it, apparently its more of a reboot (Hollywood's favourite thing over the last decade) than a continuation of the story.

Dr Henry Wu is in it. As someone said on AVForums I would love to see Jeff Goldblum's and Sam Neill's characters being sent an invite and then ripping it up and putting it in the trash!

Don't really need to see the film after watching the trailer as it pretty much sums up the whole plot .

Has it really been over 20 years since JP1? I feel so old right now :(

Well not really, supposedly the park has been established for 10 years, so I fail to see how it's a reboot.
