i expected that.
maybe i was too old at the time - all the people i know who love it were kids when it came out.
Part from thr T-Rex scenes i agree, i actually liked the second one is better, at least it wasn't dull
What. The second is appalling. Utterly appalling.
It's a shame as the second book is very good. Not as good as the first, but still very good.

Nedry was awesome. I'm surprised there aren't more reaction memes created with his fat face.
Cool little JP related fact that no one else knows about me... whenever I build a new PC/make some modifications and I have the inevitable nervous moment before I switch it on and I'm worried that nothing will happen... Well, I ALWAYS say "Hold on to yer butts!" in a Samuel L Jackson voice before pushing the power button. Maybe other people do this..?
Finally, Andy Dwyer as the main serious dude in Jurassic Park? Not sure I can get my head around this.

I think it looks pretty terrible.
The first was a masterpiece. Everything since then has been utterly terrible.
I'll still watch it of course, I doubt I'd pay to see it in the cinema though.
