Just bought 5700x3d (is it supposed to boost?) stuck at 3.0

Kombo strike(?)(such butch names) is on the mortar max. It's pretty much the same.

AMD TDP is not linked directly to power draw. I think the multiplayer is about 1.4. i.e. a 65w CPU will draw 88w and a 105w; 140w.

CPU monitor and HWmonitor seem a bit icky, not sure where the values come from. Hwinfo is better but shows wall to wall numbers and can be confusing (time at least).

Under Windows Power settings, what’s the CPU minimum %? Few years back had to manually set to 5%, as leaving at 100% wouldn’t allow the CPU to idle.

Should be in Overclocking/Advanced CPU Confifuration.
If so set it to level 3 (-30)

I have been using imgBB for a while now and not noticed anything. I do apologize if this is the case though.

There was one image i posted some time ago that had a link to imgBB, is that what you mean?
