I got an order number and says it has been "shipped" on my account page. But no sign of a key. Ordered it like 1hr ago now

Bought it for a friend using new account, i did not get the key instantly this time says unshipped and problem with downloads section. Emailed cus service using chat to them now thing but since there is no one there atm it lets me email them instead.

Seems you dont get the key instantly now since their getting hammered and the downloads section is having issues now. Seems to be a wait time till unshipped status goes to shipped.

No code. I got two confirmation emails; one for account creation and one for the order itself. As others have reported, tracking says "Shipped" but nothing beyond that.

I can still apply the code when not logged in, but when I log in it won't accept the code as valid.

Can each customer just use it once?
