I was really on the fence, I kept changing my mind but I think I've decided not to get it, looks great and from the demo, it runs fairly decent performance wise, the gameplay is fun and the map is huge and I'm sure it would be a great sandbox but I see myself maybe getting bored fairly quickly, seeing beyond all the fancy tricks etc, the missions may just be a case of running and gunning, on the other hand if it had some sort of free roam as GTA IV did the fancy tricks mighta been more fun

I don't play games as much as I used to don't listen to me

Well the last one I got bored of real quick and just used a trainer to cause havoc and mischief , great fun

It's cheaper retail than on steam, you also get extra items that the steam version doesn't have.

Mine's in the post, got it for £24.85. I love a good sandbox/blow stuff up game occassionally. Nice stress reliever after a hard day

Other than Steam sales, when is retail not cheaper than Steam?

That's Steams biggest failing, if games were more competatively priced I think I would buy all my games through Steam.

As it is I just wait for the sales.

He's right, it is almost 10 years old, if you allow in the betas that were out a year before, its over 10 years old, get with the program hippy, this aint the 60s

A massive fraction of PCs in the world use XP.

Most popular OS with Steam users is still Windows XP 32 bit at 40%

But just over 53% of users have a DX 10/11 capable GFX card and OS

So really most people have moved on from XP.
