Yeah 2.7GB it's not as bad now but the frame rate is horrid. I'm not normally bothered but this feels sub 30 to me there is noticeable stuttering and slowdown. The controls are not great really it all feels a bit messy especially flying.

It might pick up but so far for me it's all a bit meh.. Will give it a bit longer and see if it picks up.

Is anyone else having login issues with the Square Enix servers. I keep on telling it to go into offline mode but every time you access the map it attempts to reconnect again about a minute later I lose the connection and have to tell it to go offline again. Basically means accessing the map and mod menu becomes a time consuming chore.

Yeah had that a few times it's not out until Tuesday so to be expected really.....

I'm pretty much done with the game now it's not really for me and the frame rate is giving me headaches.

I have a feeling this game will be a dud, atleast critically. a lot of people praise 2 but i never got into it, too little direction it just didnt seem to have much going for it

Tried playing some more today but gave up again. The frame rate ruins the game. I have no idea how this got past testing tbh. Just driving is a stuttery head ache inducing mess.

It also adds some weird blur effect that just washes out the screen when you move the camera. When it gets to action it turns to a blurry stuttering mess.

I'm disappointed as I was looking forward to this but the game has given me near migranes trying to play so it's off to CEX for this one.....

Shame...

don't you love when you can't resell pc game?

for 31,99 you can't go wrong...play it, end it, sell it for 20-25 later

Or buy if for £15 on PC yesterday and keep it forever.

Tbh the game might be ok on PC as you can adjust settings to make it run and look ok.

I want to get this and normally I don't care about framerate like most people, but at the same time, I can't have a "slideshow". Shame.

I have to say watching some video of this and it doesn't seem like its come on a huge amount since JC2.... fairly wooden looking vehicle handling and I can't help but feel that it might end up the same as the previous 2, huge map but massive areas with little/nothing to do, its where GTA really wins out as its smaller but there always seems something to do.

Will be keeping an eye but probably not a launch buy for me.

This is true in most cases but lately these games are so cheap on pc key sites anyway that it doesnt make much odds.

But this can be avoided all together by checking out reviews and so on for games we are unsure of. This one just has something off about it for me, saying that though i thought the same about mad max but people loved that, and that can still be had for £8-10! Same dev i think?

You have it pretty much spot on. Enjoying it but it's hardly moved on from number 2.

Wonder if the day 1 patch was applied, or whether that helps in anyway.

Edit: It's installed, he mentions it in the video.

My copy has rolled up, so i'll be giving it a bash later. It comes with Just cause 2 BC, which I didn't realise that was going to be the case, so that's nice.

According to the thread on Neogaf it's awful, just as bad on PS4 too apparently.

Digitally ordered this, mate who I gameshare with bought Battlefront last week so all good, really enjoyed 2, didn't play the story that much but loved wreaking havoc and it seems it'll be even better this time!

All the streams I have watched on xbone have seemed smooth & fluid enough and not a single complaint from the people playing it, we'll see..!
