Got some more bits to fit now!! Fork seals,exhaust gaskets,sump washer,fork bolts
Means I can get the forks done brakes back on

Forks are striped cleaned on the insides and re-built with fresh seals,oil,bolts

Been awhile since i done any thing (vtr motor swap,srad engine ******)

Good news is i got the my tank back from my mate who soda blasted it for me

Only thing is i've lost my air box some where in the work shop

O and i got a new helmet

Kinda pulled the BMW out of the cover Wednesday.
Fitted the stacks to (for show )

Think it looks mean

Had to make some steel inserts from old car exhaust

The plate is bolted to the air box which will be sprayed black

Re-thinking the rear sub frame at the moment (i had what i wanted in my head) but this would not work.

Stupid me did not think about wheel movement,tyre size etc

So i've got to re-do it all again

All i need now is to find a pipe bender and some tubing

So got the sub frame sorted kinda, need to make some shock mounts up again and clean the welds up.
Apart from spraying it black am happy with the way it looks so far

More of the sub frame got the grinder

Busy day working on the shock mounts and sub frame again
Putting extra bars there to help cope with stress

Some bracing to and shock mount out of thick stainless steel

The seat pan is made!
All I need to do is paint the sub frame to stop it rusting and get some seat foam

Tonight i've been messing around with wiring and removing lots of it. Wired the rear light and hide all wiring going to it.

Not sure what to do about the water header tank yet tho.... I've got a idea tho, along the lines of some vintage oil can...... I'll keep you posted

So Been messing around with the water catch tank today.

Cut couple of inches off to keep it nice and short
And made new insert where the handle once went

Mate had this frame raked out at the front couple of days ago! Looks pretty mean look I think.
Also 1200 back end put on so now it runs 160 rear tyre instead of 130.
Three spoke wheel to!

I must not rake mine..........
