Yes, the last I heard of it was they had located the car + person driving and were looking to sling a whole variety of offenses at her. As no damage was done to my car (had it checked out at Litchfields) I didn't pursue further my side for any insurance claims or similar.

I had some old bloke in a Lexus almost run head-on into me a few weeks ago. They were completely oblivious until I was just about to have to dive off the road and he spotted me and swerved. The same bloke did exactly the same to my wife a few days later too. I think it's time I invest in some dashcams.

If they haven’t made physical contact I don’t think insurance would pay out anyway.

If you had dash cam footage to show that their actions meant either crash or dodge and cause damage to your own car, surely that could be classed as negligence on their part and make them liable?
