Just got some new side panels of Antec P180 (check this out)

lol, a similar thing happened with my P180 - after building it I noticed that two lugs were snapped off of one of the side panels.
It couldn't have been me that bust em off, I'm too careful.... so an email to Antec and 1 week later, my new panel arrived via ParceLine, smashed to pieces!! After I sent email evidence of this to Antec, I got an email confirming that a new panel would be sent - luckily the second one was OK.
Overall amazing customer service, didn't cost me a penny, and each panel was sent from Germany via registered courier. Antec are tops, in my book.

Yippee got my panels and second time around they are perfect, good stuff from Antec.
Now its a case of being very carefull with them, but I know they will prolly suffer the same fate eventually.
