just trying to install my first SSD, need help

so my first ssd arrived, just trying to install windows 7 64bit and it wont let me install to the ssd

It says "windows cannot be installed to disk 0 partition 1

help

im installing now, but in IDE mode, how do I set this up correctly?

once installed run this reg tweak while inside windows

http://cdn.ithinkdiff.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/ahci.reg

then reboot to bios and set sata ports to ahci mode/save and exit and boot into windows that's it,you'll then be running in ahci mode

click on it download and run it (while in windows)

it just enables ahci mode without re installing windows
