If you really like the look of the Apple there is no reason why you can't use one. Just bear in mind what I said about the keys. I believe there is a little applet called 'Sharpkeys' or something similar which will let you remap keys. So any short-comings it does have with regards to it's Macish (is that a word?) layout, you can probably get around.

theres only 1 windows key missing on the apple that im aware of and thats the print screen button not a problem with vista as you have snipping tool

Quite simply Das Keyboard

I must admit, I am starting to find my old Model M ...rather, old fashioned now (Windows keys would be nice). But the quality and feedback is just unmatched by anything I have ever touched that had Logitech, Microsoft or Saitek written on it (I have about 12 keyboards here so I have tried most of the major players, I should probably sell some, I don't need or want all these). I think the above may be the answer though.

This updated Model M has three Windows keys and is USB. Exactly the same otherwise.

Oooo, very nice. Although I have just spent lots of money on a big upgrade so I think I will try and forget about it for now.
