Keysonic Wireless Keyboard/Touchpad questions for HTPC

As this keyboard is no good for gaming. Are there any keyboards like this that would be fine for gaming ?

PLAN B
What if i were to buy a keyboard like this. Could i still leave my old Logitech EX100 wireless keyboard still connected to the pc. So if i want to play games i could just pick the Logitech up and use that. Or wont a pc allow you to have 2 keyboards connected at the same time.

:)

Yeah I liked the look of it too, just so damned expensive :(

You'd have thought better ranged stuff would have been more affordable by now, as short range wireless keyboards have been available for a few years now!

This is working at 5m no problems.

Just left it connected for the last hour while I grabbed some food.

Came back to the cinema room and stroked the touchpad and it sprung back into life.

Cost 32 quid.

But £80 does seem a lot for it. But i want it, I need it, Looks so pretty, How can i live my life without this keyboard now :D. Dam you diNovo Mini why do you have to look so sexy :(

i agree, a harmony is worth it's weight in gold for bringing everything together....especially with MediaPortal or similar ...it's just gold.

a keyboard meh who cares as long as it works.

Its no good guys. I just cant bring myself to click the buy button for the diNovo Mini. I am now looking at the Keysonic KB-616-RF Wireless multimedia mini keyboard with laser track ball. I can pick it up for about £31. And i like the idea of a ball instead of a touch pad anyone here got one ?

:)

a decent keybaord is worth the money. i know people have different priorities but come on, i can not pretend £60 is a good price for a remote with a colour screen lol. id sooner spend the same or more on a decent bluetooth keyboard that actually works and feels better than a keysonic.

i've yet to use a wireless k/b that's anygood, granted i haven't used the dinovo edge. :) i'd gladly pay upto £40 for a solid k/b that never drops range or needs tilting upto 3m (is there one at this price??).....but £115 no thanks.

i plug in a usb to my htpc for a decent gaming session and a cheap MS wireless for everything else but with the harmony it hardly gets used for anything but setup/tweaking.

I'm having some problems with mine. With the dongle at the back of the PC, I can't get decent connection from 3m. Maybe it's my bluetooth dongle on the PC, but that's supposed to have a 10m range..

See my mammoth post coming up, right now....

Keysonic works fine TBH.

I use the radio version and its range is around 10m with line of sight. Without i find it will work around 5-6m away without missing keystrokes.

It's the best thing i've bought for my HTPC and hardly cost anything.
