KFA2 & 8 PACK SMASH THE COMPETITION with 8 PACK GTX 1080Ti EDITION!!

Who is it aimed it? People with more money than sense?

Do people happily pay £250 premiums in order to have a better chance of having a few higher numbers on a benchmark?

£950 for something that plays games exactly the same as a £700 quid card makes zero sense no matter how you spin it.

People will pay extra for more marks in benchmarks that simple. Don't get me wrong I think its silly getting this over a normal 1080ti if you just game. But if you bench for real then it makes sense. OCUK is not forcing you to buy.

Could be worse, they could pay £1159 for a Titan Xp.

I guess I'll never understand it.

I run benchmarks for a bit of fun occasionally and Overclock my 1080 to just what I get. However it does nothing more than satisfy my curiosity.

How my games run at 1440p is an important factor and is what justifies me having a decent card.

To me these cards are like buying a car with 3 air vents and then they bring out a car with 4 air vents and slap a 40% premium on it lol.

Anyone want to sponsor me to be a professional bencher? I have little experience but I'm a quick learner :)

Only way I'll get my hands on these ultra premium parts. One can only dream I suppose.

I guess to the crowd that its more than fun and overclock as serious hobby it is worth it. Anyways not that it matters.

Actually for those higher marks in benchies, you buy an avg 1080Ti. Watercool it using TG Contact/Kryo and use boost 3.0 curve for overclock. (takes few dozen of hours to master it).

After that, have everyone trying to beat your bench GPU scores for a year. ;)
