Same card as mine. How you finding it dude? It's really warm at the moment with higher than average ambient temps. Mine hit 86c today, time to upgrade case fans I think!

If you haven't already done so, install afterburner and make a fan profile. That should keep your temps in check and allow you to set the fan speeds so it isn't to load for you.

Good so far :)

Highest mine has been is 84c, that was playing BF3, and the fan speed was only at 59%.

Not had any WSOD in BC2 or BF3 yet which tells me that my previous card was definitely factory overclocked far far too much.

Glad others are getting similar temps to me. Thought I had made a mistake with the case but it would appear that the intel/nvidia combo likes it toasty!

Mine just arrived now, obligatory pics:

Yeah those temps are fine :)
You should sort out those cables at the front of the card...they are blocking the airflow from the front intake fan ;)

You could considering adding some extra case fans...it will help lowering the GPU's temp. Here's how mine is set up in my CM690II Advanced:

If you add a intake fan to the bottom middle fan mount, it will deliver some cool air directly to your graphic card's cooler's intake.

Thanks for the advise but I already have a fan on the bottom of the case pulling air into it.

And that pic was taken when the side window was off and I hadn't moved the cables :)

Thats a nice cheeky upgrade Davo.

I had good dealings with them recently too, very friendly and helpfull. Never had to RMA anything before, went KFA2 because of the RMA center being in the UK.

Aren't KFA essentially BFG?

ed: apparently a wing of Galaxy, thought i read somewhere it had a load of ex BFG staff.

whats the cpu cooler you have in the picture
and thats one nice looking card

Cosair H50. The first one they made. Think it has been discontinued and replaced with a better version now. You could probably pick one up for about 25 quid now, second hand mind.

Yeah, KFA2 are Galaxy's euro company, they took over BFG's customer service.

I read the same thing some where myself. That a lot of BFG's ex stuff jumped ship to Galaxy.

I know for sure that the old returns company that was used by BFG, is now the one used by KFA.
