You do realise that not everyone who lifts weights is a body builder, right?![]()
do you even lift bro?
well maybe try some cardio, least it will help unclog the chicken from your arteries by raising that heart rate

And this is based on your assumption that I am basically you.
Being a marathon runner, I can't imagine you have much muscle mass at all, so naturally your caloric intake will be quite low compared to those who do.
This is the issue other people have had in this thread. They cannot get it around their heads that other people are not them, and will eat differently.
Why are you basing my caloric intake on your caloric intake?

At 6 foot 5, I'd say 14.5 stone is skinny.well actually I have pretty good muscles, im 6ft5 and 14.5st so no im not your typical skinny whippet long distance runner
That's not really how it works, and yes, I do lift, I've said it multiple times.
I'm guessing you don't, otherwise you'd know lifting weights DOES push your heart rate up, significantly depending on what you're doing.

weights do not push your heart rate up to cardio levels though

No, walk, fattie![]()
I can only assume spoffle lives in a different dimension, where eating 15 times the RDA of food is normal (coz he is different to everyone else brah!) and lifting weights is classed as an energetic exercise.
My arms are less than 11" thick. I'm not fatty.
Don't want to walk the distance in the sleeting rain, and can't afford the petrol (student).
Damn, I really want Mcdonalds now. : (((((
Measurements don't mean much without context anyway. I'd say 11" arms are chicken arms.![]()
My legs are less than 20" at their thickest and flexed... I'm 190cm and 70kg.![]()
Ive got to go to a KFC restaurant tomorrow to pickup some food to share between about 5 workers. I don't want to spend any more than £20, ive looked on there website and I cant see prices. What meals should I go for that will fill up 5 people?
