KFC noob advice

Ohh right, they could have told me what tower meant, as it's not exactly clear. Although to be fair they might have but I couldn't really understand what they were saying.

I've never been to a fast food place where they've explained to me what I've ordered
If you didn't know you could have just asked.

A: So that's the Mega Wicked Zinger Fillet Tower Deli Supreme Deluxe Bucket Chicken Feast then, sir?
B: Yes please.
A: A cotton wool bap, with Dave's sauce covering a patty of reformed gristle, seagull crap and chicken knackers - that'll be £4.95, sir.
B: Errrrr...

If you think eating 128g of saturated fat and 3200 calories in one meal is normal you're seriously deluded.

Can you show me where I said it was "normal"?

Can you also explain to me why 3200 calories is bad, just based on the calorie count?

Can you also explain to me why 128g of saturated fat is bad, based solely on the quantity?

Can you also explain to me where you got these numbers from, and how you know specifically what I eat? Because I'm talking about 16 mini fillets, popcorn chicken and some coleslaw. I don't particularly like the chips from KFC.

I can't get enough of chicken, and I don't find that food bores me if I like it. I could happily eat the same meals multiple times in a day.

right lets but this into perspective, I run Marathons according to my garmin I burnt 4020 calories running 26.2 miles in Berlin last year, by the time you've added extra onto your KFC binge, such as breakfast, lunch, drinks etc. you will have eaten loads more than you could ever hope to burn off, even running a marathon wouldnt burn it off! and you need why its bad explaining to you?

And this is based on your assumption that I am basically you.

Being a marathon runner, I can't imagine you have much muscle mass at all, so naturally your caloric intake will be quite low compared to those who do.

This is the issue other people have had in this thread. They cannot get it around their heads that other people are not them, and will eat differently.

Why are you basing my caloric intake on your caloric intake?
