Just a heads up that there are some big spoilers in that review.
In my humble opinion I thought R2 raised the bar when it came to FPS controls on a playstation pad.

I would guess EU, but I won't hold my breath. Should only be a matter of hours difference anyway.
No idea but timezones would probably see the US getting it first. I can imagine many many Americans will be using their EU PSN accounts to get the EU demo - I would expect that the European store will be extremely slow, or even down.

Timezones work the other way around, i.e. they are 5-7 hours behind us so we should 'technically' get it 5 hours earlier if it is released on the same day...
US demo goes up on the 26th Feb, 5th Feb the Gamestop pre order demo is out. The Americans dont get a "free" demo until a day before release, unless they make a PAL account. Wonder if AUS/NZ will get it even earlier than us? May have to check my AUS account weds night early Thursday.
The official SONY one is supposed to be really good. I'm considering one myselfBoo gonna have to buy a headset for this, it actually looks really decent online and unlike CoD4 seems like a harder game making the multiplayer so much more appealing.
and by buy a headset I mean replace my terrible Jabra.
