Killzone 2: The OcUk clan is a go!

Well me and Badger are done for a bit now.. We spent like 3 or 4 hours playing a really long game, first and second all the way for us haha.

Ending up with nearly 300 points, then the team win for 1.5 xp, yay!

Might be enough Killzone for me today but I'll be up for more tomorrow. Hope more of you guys will turn up.
 
Me and Eroglik would be up for any matches, need a bit more practise getting used to how the game works/feels now (god damn 4 yr olds).
 
Thing is I dont think we have enough players as it is. Im up for getting involved in another tournament, but I think there is only about 5 of us max that are active.

Ok mate will its not looking at starting for a couple of weeks. So i'll get back to you closer to the time. Hopefully you might know where your at as a clan then mate.
 
Not sure if I prefer the patch update. You get owned more by air support and turrets, but if you're the one planting them it's sweet. But the no invincibility on spawn points is just way worse imo, way too many campers and hardly anyone ever places them properly. So you just end up either getting pwned or having to mission to places from base.

Love that Sandhill level on the new map pack though.
 
Yes, I have noticed going through smoke I die a lot now because the enemy team just sit outside the smoke, constantly pressing the melee button to smack you in the face as you jump through or generally building sentries infront of it. Most of the time it's due to team mates being incompetent at throwing smoke in a good location.

I think the turrets are quite easy to kill but the flying things take a lot more damage now.
 
Just started playing this again after polishing off MGS4/Resistence 2/Uncharted. Bought the 2 sets of maps but I have a few questions, at what point do you unlock the sniper rifle? Also when you are tryign to disguise yourself as an enemy how does it work? Everytime I seem to activate it I get spotted, I must be doing something wrong. Thanks!

The sniper opens at 2800 points ,but then you have to work on his attributes for the 5x zoom and spot and mark ;)
The sabouter however can be a bit of a pain until you figure how it works .
If you fire you show up on the map so if you swapped to your disguise anyone who can see you knows already and i think spot and mark shows you up aswell .
Also try not to get to close to the enemy cause they can then determine you are not on there team .
May not of explained it very well but the sabouter is more about patients and sneaking about unnoticed :)
 
I'm getting back into this soon i've decided. Just looking through my trophy lists and i can't believe how close i got to platinum before i stopped playing.

It was great fun but the spawn invulnerability annoyed me too much, which they have now fixed, huzzah!

I must be the only one left playing this i always end up joining up with stevie g who used to organise the matches for us ;)
Yeah spikey i still play it and i am on most nights and have both map packs i always enjoy the 10 vs 10 matches much more organised and doesnt turn into a grenade fest :D
Streeth what you missing for platinum just the multi player achivments .
If you go on the killzone website you can get pdf files for completing the game and other bonus features :)
