10 x 45kg (Could've done more but I was taking it easy'ish..)

Incline Bench:
8 x 40kg
8 x 40kg
6 x 40kg

Dips:
8 @ BW
8 @ BW
7 @ BW


DB Flyes:
8 x 12.5kg
8 x 12.5kg
8 x 12.5kg

Rope pulldowns:
All kinds of pulldowns from 35kg down to 5kg in a constant stream of gainz.

Wide grip pull-ups: (Dat assistance...:()

DB Rows:
3x8 @20kg

Reverse flys: (I think that's what they are called?)
3x8 @ 12.5kg

Hammer curls: (Drop sets)
10x15kg
8x12.5kg
8x10kg
8x7.5kg

Looking forward to getting the last 2 light sessions out the way and getting back on the big stuff.:cool:

One more light leg session and then its time a New Year, new log...
