Always woundered what them cards would max out with no power limitYeah it’s certainly a performer we were proper happy when we got it too 2100 / 15,500 without really even trying and we just stopped there and did not try higher on memory.
We did get core to 2150MHz but some issues so we just backed it off instead of fiddling more and the memory we just stopped at 15,500 but it showed zero signs and voltages were stock so we will have a play in future to see what we can truly achieve from it but it’s a beast.
You’d hope it would go further than that for the price.
On stock BIOS my Zotac AMP can get 2100/16000 within 310W, just by maxing out the power limit and +125/+1000.
Admittedly it can get a tad noisy on occasions though.
That is 2080Ti super levels of memory you can get to 16.0GB? From the 15.5GB they got? 14.0GB is stock. Really when they do release one it would look like that 2100mhz 15.5GB memory only a few Cuda cores would be the difference potentially. And you can get one now if you think about it.
I take it back. Memory clocks at 16Ghz no problem, but +125 GPU only takes the the clock up to 1790Mhz, however it boosts consistently to 2100Mhz due to decent temperatures.
If this HOF card’s GPU clocks at 2100Mhz with no power limit I’m guessing it boosts way above that, which would be impressive.
Given she removed the slot plats at the back of the case, wouldn't that leave rather big gap area for air to leak out of making the case fans less efficient?

We spoke about this and we decided to put them back because the case kind of looked silly with them missing and were both a bit OCD like that.
used to enjoy kitguru but he's went the way of 3dgameman...don't bother with him now
