Looking buy some of these, which ones do i need for 7/16" 5/8" tubing?

the 1/2" barb versions or get creative with some of the male thread versions

As PGI says above. We both have the same tubing as you, PGI is using the 1/2” barbs and I'm going for the threaded versions (have a read of this thread) as one end will go into my 90deg fitting on my rad, the other will go into a Bitspower T fitting, so my tube connects to the other side of the T fitting (so I can still use my compression fittings).
