Boring race, interesting drama/comedy show they've decided to put on to spice up the boring race though. The idiot... Ross Brawn, the comedian, fire truck driver, tragedy, Webber, villian, Vettel.

If Webbers engine gets melted/damaged but through damage caused by a crash not the fault of RBR do they still get a penalty if they take an extra engine?
