It does seem an odd use of the European Court...
I wonder if Sky will move to buy the rights for all European football.
Well it is about being able to access and use cross border services when you are apparently in a free EU market and not have a local market (SKY) dictate on what you can and cannot access.
... the Premier League/Sky will hatch an new broadcasting scheme to get over this in the very near future.
That pub probably couldn't afford to pay the normal fee because it was always empty and I'm surprised it remained in business! I used to walk past it almost every day into uni.
