Lapped Conroe

No need to lap here, although i know for a fact my CPU is pretty concave, temps are just about acceptable here and im @ my target at last which is 3.6Ghz 1.46 vcore. :D

Well I got the D-tek in preperation for a quad core - I guess you didn't want to hear that tho lol.
 
lapped my bros 6600 coz it was running in the 50s, ended up knocking 5'c off the idle temp and 20 off the full load temp :eek:

did me e6600 yesterday, dropped a good 6-8c off my load temps even though my IHS wasn't too bad. i didn't bother with a polish :)

worth it i'd say, unless i kill my processor in the next few mths lol

I used wet and dry on my old 805 IHS, is that good enough.

Polish aint needed m8 and if not cleaned correctly can actually hinder temps - /me hugs IPA can.
