100%? Lol, no. 99% good enough? It'll work.

The brackets are screwed on the side of the old one. The inverter is the thing you pulled the plug out of at the bottom.

Take your time, place the panels side by side, transfer the brackets across one at a time. Then reverse the disassembly. The 30 pin can be a pain, take it easy with it. Move the screen through its range of movement, then before you refit the bezel power it up and check it works ok. Biggest PITA to get it assembled and find the cables pulled out. Refitting the bezel is the hardest part tbh.
