Las Vegas!!

I got back from LV on Friday. Had a great time, stayed in the Bellagio which was very nicely fitted out, but the housekeeping service was poor. I had to call housekeeping at 2am the day we arrived because the bed sheet was covered in dirty black marks! The following morning there at 9am there was no hot water for a hour with no explanation from the staff. I also found some of the gaming table staff were a bit offhand as well. Spent most of my casino time in Wynn and Monte Carlo.

We did a grand canyon trip by airplane and bus and the place was about a foot deep in snow and the canyon was misted over so you couldn't see anything like right the way down. Was still worth a visit though.

The rides at the Stratosphere are well worth doing - $32 for unlimited rides. I don't scare easily but Scream had me going!

The weather wasn't that good but the last day was the best and it I believe it should be much better this week.
 
Well after reading this looks like we are going there next year for our honeymoon.
Been on about going to california for 3 years now but each time we've gone to Florida instead.

Planing on going for 2-3 weeks and doing LA, San Diego, Vegas.

Does anyone have any good sites to look t for driving route ideas.
Was hoping to fly into LA and maybe fly out of Vegas or even San Francisco.
Of course we're be hiring a car so we can drive down the coast to San Diego from LA. I'm told it's a great drive :)


Any info would be great people.
