The devs are working on it now im reliably told. No official ETA though. They need to hurry up imo.
Are there any other Mantles games par BF4 and thief? I might buy thief off these CD key guys just for a stable benchmark other than broken BF4.

You have two cards, one that you tried to RMA and one that you got from gumtree.
First run a memtest and see if you have any memory errors.
Now try each card on it's own. Does the problem still exist for each card? If so
Then Try each card in the other PCIe slot. See does problem still exist.
If it works for one card and not the other then it's a card problem, if it works in one slot and not the other then it's a motherboard problem.
But if the problems still exists no matter what card/slot you use then you need to do a complete and clean reinstall of windows. Because I think you have a messed up windows install after reading through your other threads.

I find my CD key via a program and will do a clean windows install anyway as it needs one. Once I find a usb pen to put windows on.

Am back guys, Just installed windows again, Installed 14.4 and got NO ERRORS !
However, Installing windows has now broken BF4 and am not going on it till they fix it now. Even DX11 is bloody terrible.
Just look at it...
it's 1000 times worse after I wiped windows ;-;
also have you tried running something like dpc latency checker @ the win desktop and seeing if lag spikes are present there also then try disabling individual pieces of hardware through devmgmt.msc till you find the one that stops the spiking
