All of the above!!!

Pay her back too.

Try with the police, but the bouncers will probably use the argument that he was drunk etc and was causing a fuss in the club. But let *** police know about everything, the other relevant people (IR) and get *** money paid back.

Screw this not grassing on people. If they are evading taxes and trying to at like mafia, then sort it out. WE have laws, and they should be adhered too.

Sufficent witnesses is suitable. If the so called heavies come around your mates house then call the police, they are not bayliffs they are thugs, they have no legal reason to be around as well. If they said you were drunk and thats why they threw you out and that. Why would they go over to your mates to get money. What would their excuse to the police be "We came to say sorry"

Empty words is one thing action is another, plus this Jess is probably giving the manager abit of mouth action now and again to win favour.

(brain may not have read everything as I am on a coffee come down)

1. Report the doormen to the local council.
2. Report the club to the Tax office for having workers off the books. Ignorance is no excuse.
3. Report the illegal worker to the IR too.
4. Get your mate to pay Jess the money back.

Spot on, id do everything that Fatiain has just mentioned.

mood when she arrives.
. Tell our current employer about Jess working for another company unlawfully and that this is the reason for her performance in her job. I know this would most probably lead to her dismissal.
. Tell the correct governing body ( I think its taxes and excise or something) about Jess working illegally as a pay back kind of gesture

Do both of these combined with your friend paying back the money. That way he's done what the bouncers wanted and got one up on them all by getting this little arse in even more trouble.

Quick Edit: Do all of them (I should have read it more closely) and nail this muppet good and proper.

It's Karma really and will certainly stop her trying to pull something as retard as this again (what good is a couple of hundred quid when you've just lost £15,000 a year, or whatever salery she is on at your place?).

I expect regular updates to this thread letting us know how it's going :)

Assault is committed when a person fears imminent physical attack. If they actually get hit, that's battery

fair enough then :)

still the only thing wounded is his pride. The kb warrier retaliations should be just that, confined to the kb.OP has plenty of advice so far on how to get revenge, but he needs to seriously consider what he is getting into and why.

The OP has seemingly tried to give a detailed account of what has happened, but even so it is still just a one sided view of the whole situation, and yet even from that we can gather a few things about his mate,ie poor partner choice, poor handling of the breakup, borrowing money for a holiday he couldn't afford, not paying up through what seems more like revenge than any inability to do so.

Whilst i certainly wont condone what happened in the club, none of it would have happened if OPs mate hadn't been such a div to start with.

And as for reporting the club and its emplyees well lets see, they have already come on heavy to your mate as a sort of 'favour' for their managers roomie. Now you may want to escalate the whole thing by getting plod and IR involved,ok in a perfect world, but it wont be as clean or simple as all that

Concealead microphone and dictaphone, go into the club, get the bouncers threatning him on tape, try and get her doing the same, then take pictures of her working there too.

We'll have them all in cells by the end of the night

And do it in that order.

For those who are advocating some kind of reaction, there lies the important question as to whether the Captain Planet and his friend are kicking a hornets nest. Involving the IR will involve causing trouble for more people than those involved in the incident.
All are likely to involve a comeback as most are VERY incovenient to several people. I don't think that while Jess is suffering the long-winded consequences of being grassed to the IR, she will be thinking 'oh well, I deserved it', she will likely be planning a way of getting back at the protagonist of this story.

i'd be tempted to get money together to pay back the girl asap - maybe even throw it at her in fivers on a friday night accompanied with words along the lines of "heres your money you ****, now call your thugs off me"

then wait a couple of months and report her for working off the books, driving without insurance etc - revenge is a dish best served cold, and when your not going to get nailed by a load of steroided up bouncers with moobs....

oh and report the threat to the police asap

I agree with this to some extent, but I still recon something has to be done, and the options (from the story told) seem very limited. I would have to say:
*Tell our current employer about Jess working for another company unlawfully and that this is the reason for her performance in her job. I know this would most probably lead to her dismissal.*

I figure with several of the other work colleagues being in the know about this also management should take action.

...just be prepared for the possible consequences of any actions you take.

*By the way, i'm not one of these bouncers threatining you. Just pointing out the obvious*

sound advice!

Captain Planet.. he's a hero, gonnnaa take pollution down to zeroooo....

Sorry :/

Sounds like a bit of a mess. He should have paid the money back as soon as possible really - having debts between them means they are still "linked" in someway, that can only end in tears in a failed reletionship.

Also think about the possible consequences of grassing her up and getting her in all sorts of crap. If she has bouncer friends then after she has been slapped by the law for her dodgeyness, there is still nothing stopping her bouncer chums to come and do you over. If you grass up the bouncers aswell and they get fired they are gonna be involved personally so they have their own vendetta to settle.

My advice, pay the money and walk away and forget it. You'll end up getting deep into something that you cannot control. You will not be able to go out around the town on a night out without looking over your shoulder all the time.

Its difficult because you feel like your pride has been bruised, but just think of it as you are walking away more mature ones. I would imagine that the bouncers are ecstatic that they get to flex their pecks in front of a bit of skirt. Don't give them the chance.

Mate don't let these doormen get away with it. Uneducated bums (major sterotyping going on there, I admit... but the vast majority) need teaching a lesson. I'm all for a bit of vigilitanianism here and there, but these guys are in a place of responsibility and need teaching a lesson. So if your not big enough to bring em down a peg, report them to there seniors and the council, as well as the club owner.

Although most club owners are gangsta orientated anyway......
