That's pretty cool. I don't think that guy has a clue what he's doing though. He said his plexi block was acetal and he wasn't sure if his CPU block was EK o.O
Yeah. If you use a phase changer (or any other sort if chiller) you lower the water down to below ambient. This brings about condensation on the tubes as the surface is colder than the air surrounding it. Condensation around PC parts is baaaad. That's why whenever you see phase change modders they always have that thick black insulation around their pipes.
