Latest Opteron Clock

PSU I would go for either:
Tagan 480W (if not going for SLI) 530 (If going for SLI)
Seasonic 500W+

Mem:-
I would go for 2Gb (2x1Gb,dual channel) definately as it's becoming the norm and more games are using it. You can get expensive mem and run at 240-280 or get cheaper mem and run it with a divider (tighter timings, dividers don't have the performance impact they used to have)
Which make depends on your budget ;)

Board:-
The DFI is gonna confuse you with all the options it's got.
I have Asus and would recommend them... I would go either A8N SLI Premium or A8N32... your choice.... again money talks :)

CPU Cooling:-
Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro - should be just fine for the price you can get it for.
