Its football. How much more can you change it? Its still the same game with a few tweaks and added features. I'm not dissing it, just saying. If you can't see what MGS4 has brought to the table, then you're an idiot.

No I meant in terms of playability/orginallity. Its obvious FIFA is likely to get more sales as its multi-platform. My point was that LBP looks more intresting and fun (by prediction) to another FIFA. This is obvious judgement though as LBP maybe a failure but FIFA 09 isnt something im overally excited about.

When is Madden 09 released in the states? That'll destroy LBP in sales too. Kinda sad really.

Even if Fifa was PS3 only it would still floor LBP.

I totally disagree. You can change it massively. Hell, EA changed it massively between 06 and 07 and more so between 08 and 09, let alone the multiple versions over the last decade.

Er, to be fair, he's entitled to his opinion just like everyone else. He's not being offensive or trolling. I think his point is actually very valid - someone saying that a football game can't be new/different yet I have to say MGS4 is in that same boat. Different story arc, sure. But same old gameplay (what there is of it).

I disagree with the people who are saying Fifa will floor LBP.

I think LBP appeals to a lot more people.

As much as I enjoy Fifa/PES. I wouldn't rate it massively. Not 1 football game would ever get into my top 10.

And considering how many top 5/10 threads we've had in the console forum for this generation, Not many people mentioned Fifa or PES.
