LCD or Plasma 40 inch

guys im quite new to this site i am looking to buy a new hd ready tv which connects to my pc and can be used as a home entertainment system i hav all the sound eq... i jus need a LCD or Plasma.. so please tell me guys what to get im looking for a 40 + inch screen so fire away and all the latest features free view hd etc.. itd be great if it came with a wall mount cuz im gna put it up on the wall but if not i guess ill jus hav to buy 1 thx a lot guys
just gimme specifications etc
