I think they were randomly emailed to people who've not shopped with ocuk for a while. Thing is, I've bought quite a bit from them recently, but across numourous customer accounts, I only realised I'd been sent this "welcome back offer" after checking an old email account which is tied to my sisters ocuk account.
On a slighty different note, I ordered the card at 3.30 and received an "order shipped" email at 4pm. Nice one ocuk.
