*** League of Legends ***

Best value I got for riot points was xp boosters to get to level 30. Ip boost tbh is not worth it, I regularly have +10k ip even after spending. Runes can't be purchased with ip. I'd recommend everyone spend a small amount with riot - don't want them to go out of business :)

Gotta disagree with you, you will eventualy end up getting level 30 so getting xp boost is a waste while a IP boost will get you more runes and champions.

Getting to level 20+ is key for the rune ability and by then you should have the IP necessary to get you going with the runes. IP I now am never short of it - even bought a rune page I had so much of it :) Currently on 12k but have had it up as much as 20k :)

I've unlocked the majority of them, but a number of those were in the day when the champions pack was £10 for effectively £6000 RP (3 champs packs) from Game. Sadly that offer is now not available :( Got a load of skins on the back of it as well.

Those who play with me will know it's largely irrelevant though as i'm don't play that many anyway :)

Now I try and hold off purchasing champs till I am sure i'll play them :)

its not the afkers that ruin the game its the people who play ranked but dont have a clue about the basics of the game...

earlier some guy kept calling tyrn a hacker because tyrn used his util and didnt die....

this guy was obviously really really bad and died a lot doing stupid charges by himself.

on a postive note though i was laning a lot and not sticking with my team and the enemy team said i was a noob and my team were going to lose because of it.

they didnt realise i was on sion with berserker boots ,2x phantom daggers and an infinity blade i quickly took out 3 turrets and an inhibitor while they "owned" my team.

i responded in chat with "all your base are belong to us" and we won the game 5minutes later rofl

The more time i spend with this game, the more sure I am Riot are quite the incompetent company.

Take Mordekaiser for instance. The only champion to be nerfed-buffed-remaded and exactly the same all in one patch. He is still an un-killable tank with outrageous damage output.

I'm quite sure the patch note writer was just anxious to have something to pad out his work a bit

I was thinking the same just the other night.I played against him with a random team and we had no mage or anything on our team so all he did was just stack armor and health items. It literally took all 5 of us to bring him down together :(
Was annoying to say the least.
Do they bring out a new champion every month?
I would rather they just have a few small balance changes than the dramatic changes they seem to make.

every 2 weeks seems to be a new champion. I want to see some of the stuff they promised last year like replays/broadcast etc. I am starting to get fed up with seeing more champions the whole time but that is there business model.

Morde is like a lot of tanks though in that he's quite poor early game. His damage isn't that amazing either unless you gear up appropriately, but his skills all add to his shield, and that's why he can appear so tough, especially when he's wading through mobs, as he's basically getting hp from the shrapnel leech.
He's not as unkillable as some of the other characters can be (Trynd with his ulti played well can be downright nasty as an example and I've seen him decimate an entire team by himself)

i definitely wouldn't consider morde's early game poor :p. if you understand how his shield works though, he will be easier to deal with in lane

as for trynd, he will destroy any team that doesn't know how to handle him
