But the real game doesn't start till you are 30, or 20 at the barest minimum. You have to remember that you are fortunate enough to have plenty of people to play with all the time, imagine having to solo queue every game (forced to be in normals) below 30. Especially if you come from a MOBA background and actually know what you are doing :D

I agree with Tals on that though, I wouldn't want to rush through the levels at all, I've been level 30 now for around 600 games and still feel I have loads left to learn.

In regards to the monthly thing that Tals said, I wish they would do something like this... Up to £750 now -.- Although I only need 1 more legendary skin now!
 
wtf how can you spend £750? I've spend like £28 atm and i think thats to much :P Got most of the things i want though

It would be quite interesting to graph the spending patterns over time with the game, I spent a lot at the beginning but I was helped by the £10 for 3 game packs that game were doing. So £10 gave around 5000rpp. I guestimate I have spent £100 and before people go OMG that works out at £3 a month for a game I play at least 2 times a day :)

** but this damn post made me buy the Sona skin I had been debating :)
 
£750? Dude lol!

I've spent about £10 on this game so far, been playing it for about 18months I think. Willing to spend much more, hell I buy games for my Playstation and play them for a fraction of the time I've spent on LoL.

Narks me off that runepages are 6300ip, really gay :o
 
yeah the only reason ive spent so much is because im saving ip for runes at 20, and 6.3k for champs is a bit much. :p
 
£750!! Oh my word! I spent marginally more than that on a new set of pc parts recently so I think Riot has about £20 from me so far. My main focus now is getting some more rune pages. I bought one with the free RP they gave out recently, but I could use a couple more. Nothing worse than having to redo your runes before choosing a match and then having someone pick the champ you wanted.
 
Got all but 5 champs, got 17 rune pages, I have every legendary skin bar 1 and have about 100 + normal skins -.-

I enjoy the game tbh and would have just spent the money on beer otherwise -.-

wow thats a lot I heard you can email riot and get refunded for chars you don't like but i'm not sure how true it is :/

i have bought most chars with IP but have spent at least £100 over the years
