I have rather weak toes on my right foot as I've broken one of them a few times now (tad accident prone I think ) so the rate I'm going at by the time I'm old it'll have dropped off

Memphisto, it aint looking good. The only hotels available for less than £80 or so are outside the City Centre, and are going to need a taxi ride (getting a taxi in Leeds on a night is fairly awful).
