Refer to my first post (Underneath L4D2) for the ones that are on my servers and look here: http://www.l4dmaps.com/l4d2/ as well for others.

The console key is the ¬ button next to 1 on Qwerty keyboards, but you may need to enable it in options. :)
 
Edit: Forget the next paragraph sorted. How do I find the OcUK server? I tried the commands and I noticed either Frenchtart or OcUK come scrolling up but no idea how I would join that server still.

1. Install L4D2 Add-on Support if you haven't got it already (Steam -> tools)

2. Extract the files into your left 4 dead 2 folder*
(Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\)

3. To enable the custom soundtrack type: "snd_rebuildaudiocache" in your ingame console
(takes a while to load, sometimes you must quit through console after loading is complete)

4. Play!"

I used the "snd_rebuildaudiocache" command and left it for a minute or two with the sound looping, and figured it crashed the game. I ctrl-alt-delete and end the l4d2.exe then I tried a single player campaign map and there was no sound. I have tried the command again to give it more time but the progress bar is at 0% and I've tabbed out to type this.

I might have to find the "audiocache" and delete it so steam redownloads it. How long does the command take usually? I've got a quad core 3.8Ghz cpu.

Just checked the console and it says:

If you joined the ocuk steam group in L4D2 you can now select steam group server when you start a game. Just select either ocuk1 or 2 for vanilla gameplay with the custom maps. :)

Alternatively enable developer console, press ¬ and then type:

mm_dedicated_force_servers 94.23.222.136:29021,94.23.222.136:29025

Damn UK broadband and it's narrowband upload speeds...

Still makes no difference at the moment, Steam is completely broken for me. Can't even get connected, getting "NO CONNECTION" at the bottom of the client. :(
 
First post updated to reflect new featured map City 17 and showing the IP of LTUK 4. Please note that No Mercy will be removed soon as it's coming out officially from Valve anyway. To play please use the mm_force command as shown in the first post.
 
No Mercy has now been removed from the download server for L4D2 in light of the new DLC including it officially anyway. It has also been removed from LTUK1&4, though it is still on LTUK2 for the time being so that it can still be played by those who already have it and want to try it out.

Heaven Can Wait II will be updated to the latest version over the course of this weekend.
