Lenovo Legion Y27gq - 240 Hz / 2560x1440 G-Sync

Where are you buying these from? I've had a quick google and only see them on the bay for £500-600

Now to the bad news. Unfortunately I have my pc in another room and this has a rather long and expensive fibre optic display port 1.4 certified cable which should deliver 4k 144hz without issue. Has done 3440x1440 120hz without a problem. However it won’t do 1440 200hz or 240hz for that matter :(.

I’ve moved my pc and the included cable works fine so I know it’s not a monitor fault.

Which cable do you have and how long is it out of interest?

Fibre optic ATZEBE 1.4 at 10m. It should work and will run nearly everything else but the Lenovo just won’t have it.

I could possibly push to an 8m for about £70 but again it would be a hope if it would work or not and it’s more expense.

Is a great monitor but think I’d struggle with the fan personally as there is next to no pc noise in my room. It would have to be modified, which I’m not willing to do.

Going to just stick with my LG I think. Still a great monitor and the 32” I still prefer. 240hz I’ve tried and tested and I’m not too bothered. Marginal difference to my eyes over 144/165hz.
