Lent progress.

How is everyone going with Lent, I gave up Alcohol for lent and not had a drop 35 days in 12 to go till much drinkage

Lost over a stone in weight as well.

I gave up alcohol once for about a month and went literally from 16.8 stone to 16.5.

Had ago at giving up coke, got 3 weeks in and realised i hadnt replaced my sugar intake and couldnt do anything other than sleep

gave up after that.

LOL! Nah, I can resist! I have actually had some chocolate biscuits in my room, and even though there's been nothing else to eat except them, I have gone to the supermarket just to buy some non-chocolate snack, LOL!
