Well, the site was down or a while, it's back up with Leopard taking orders, for delivery by 26th October. Have to say this was an unexpected release, although rumors did say 26th.

Linky.

Normal - £85
Student - £75.20
Family Pack - £129

So, who's ordering?

Because someone's bound to ask: the cut-off for up-to-date is the 1st of October, and the cost is £5.95.

So, those of you who bought a shiny new Mac this month get a nice cheap upgrade :)

Yeah, but where's the link? Got my MacBook last Friday so cheap 10.5 for me! w00t!

What are you upgrading to if you don't mind me asking? Will you keep the warranty?

Well apparently, if it isn't a apple branded HD then it will void it!

I think im going to do this.

Buy a 2.4ghz MBP with the 160gb 7200RPM in it.

Then next year, before the 2nd round of updates, get me a Penryn MBP.

Job done :D

What features are people genuinely excited about? Apart from OS integrated virtual desktops it seems a rather lacklustre release from where I'm sitting..
