Leopard - who will be upgrading?

i wasnt meaning to sound like the age old question of should i wait till the end of the earth before i purchase anything!, just that with the release so near i wanted to know if it would benefit me to wait the few weeks for it. Which i think i will do my old little imac still turns on so no rush

Yeah, given it's nearing the end of September you'd be crazy not to wait if you're interested in Leopard.

They won't be updating the iMac for a good 6 months yet as they've recently updated them, so no worries on that front.. buy in October because the next revisions are going to be June time.
 
My knee-jerk reaction would be "wait and get Leopard preinstalled" but on second thoughts, I would buy now and get Leopard a few months down the line when they have ironed out the major quirks.

Either way you're on winner.
