The problem is these companies sell that much stuff they don't really care. The card will just sell to someone else.

Good news here, I sent them a webnote asking about the order and within an hour received a reply that my order has been dispatched today along with the tracking number - arriving on Monday!

Same here. Made order on Wed night, money was out on Thursday. Didn't get an update (understandable given the time frame and what period of sales this was). Got a little worried as the motherboard I purchased went from in stock to Pre-Order (as I might need to cancel it then since the motherboard is one of the core components needed). So sent in a web note to Customer Service this morning at 8:45am. In 25 minutes, the Order was confirmed out and had tracking for arrival on Monday. Not sure if it was just coincidence and that it was always planned to head out today, but glad I sent in that webnote to query (on the chance it did help get it out the door).
